Resource Reserve is a simple booking app for teams and organizations that share limited resources - meeting rooms, vehicles, equipment, or anything else that needs to be reserved fairly. It connects to your own server, so your data stays with you.

BOOK AND MANAGE RESERVATIONS
• Browse available resources and reserve them for a date and time.
• Set a start and end time down to the minute, with an optional description.
• Each resource has a maximum booking length, so reservations stay fair.
• Filter the reservation list by resource, by your own bookings, or by the next 1-3 months.
• Edit your own reservations while they are still awaiting review.

APPROVAL WORKFLOW FOR ADMINISTRATORS
• Administrators review pending reservations and approve or reject them.
• Each administrator only sees and manages the resources assigned to them.

MESSAGING
• Send messages about a specific resource to its administrators and the other people involved.
• Sent and received messages are clearly marked.

NOTIFICATIONS
• Get notified about new reservations and new messages.
• A built-in inbox keeps the full history, with an unread badge so you never miss anything.

YOUR SERVER, YOUR DATA
• Enter your own server address right on the sign-in screen - no separate build required.
• A Test connection button confirms your server is set up correctly before you sign in.
• All traffic uses secure HTTPS connections only.
• No third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking. The app talks only to the server you choose.

MULTILINGUAL
• Available in English and Romanian, switchable inside the app and remembered across restarts.

Resource Reserve is designed to be self-hosted and lightweight: it relies on a small PHP and MySQL backend that you run, with no external push services or third-party accounts needed. Ideal for companies, teams, clubs, and any group that needs a private, no-nonsense way to share and book resources.
