The content on this app is brilliant. Well demonstrated, provided by experts and with easy to replicate drills. However, the app itself has a lot of technical problems. Changing my phone from vertical to horizontal restarts videos. Numbers on the order of materials are missing. It's a shame that these bugs let down excellent education.

This app is horrible. It crashes. If it does't crash it won't let you sign in. Try to change the password it says no internet connection and no way to back out of the screens. I asked for a refund on a program I bought because I can't get to it through the app. I have yet to get reply back. Updating the review, I did get my refund which I appreciate

FYB does not respect their customers. I bought 5 weeks ago. The app crashed. The company did not reply to multiple support emails. I'm not the only one - read other reviews. Support responded after 3 weeks of silence to say try again; They had updated the app but never acknowledged this in the email. The app loads now, but I received no password. The app does not have a password reset option. And again support does not reply to my emails requesting the password be sent.
