The concept of the application is clear but the delivery is poor. It contains too many un-needed options and it clutters the application. I use this watch to see where my kids are and make phone calls. The GPS function is spotty and does not always give accurate information. Also it does not refresh even if you touch the icon on the map. You have to wait at least a minute and sometimes it shows you a past location. The GPS needs to be simple yet effective. Also you should make a tracking update that is longer than one hour. It should have one every 24 hours just so you can save battery. Take the time to make the app perfect without all the extra bells and whistles. A good accurate GPS tracking is really all we need.

There is no way to get directions or route from my location to the GPS tracker device location. Just provide us with the current device's GPS coordinates through your app, so we can use it in google maps. I know that I can get it, by SMS code, but since you have alot of great options and commands in your app, like voice monitoring & remote shut down... Etc, Why there is no command inside the app to send the location as SMS to a mobile number without typing a code in an SMS to get it done.

App works well and GPS tracking is proving really useful for reassurance on my elderly parent's whereabouts. I am finding it tricky to change settings on the watch that it works with, however. Does anyone know how to reduce the sensitivity for SOS alert (fall detection) and turn off the SOS button alert? My Dad holds the button too long when switching on the watch display and it is sending an alert each time for that too. I sometimes get several SOS alerts from the app a minute! I wouldn't want to ignore an actual fall because of this. Thanks in advance for any help offered :)
