This app is not working. was good the first year. Now it's frozen, won't let you do anything says you're offline all the time. Notified the support team by email twice not heard a thing. Just recently paid two years subscription for the tracking device. Unless they solve this promptly I would advise not to buy the product or download the app as it's not working. save your money.

Excellent little device, basic app. It's an unbranded version and at half the price. Tracks live, plays back historical journeys, sensor works well, battery needs charging every 10 days or less. Dire instructions and I don't know what half its functions are. If you use both sms and the apps to command, sometimes you have to log out of thw app and log back in to reset the dashboard.

The sim instalation and app configuration was straightforward without any issues. That said there are parts of the app that simply crash it (i.e., Access to the Geofence section crashes the app, Historical Routes doesn't return anything in my searches even though the car moved, clicking on View All Devices). Update: After 48 hours, some of the app features started to work. Changed to three stars. I'm still not getting alerts yet, but the functionality has definitely improved.
