• VIEW POLICY DETAILS AND RETRIEVE POLICY DOCUMENTS: Forgotten when your policy is expiring or up for renewal? Simply log in the app and find your policy details with just a tap of a button.

• LOCATE A WORKSHOP OR CLINIC: Easily locate your nearest car or motorcycle workshop, or a nearby clinic for yourself or your maid with our workshop/clinic locator.

• CONSULT A DOCTOR VIRTUALLY OR WITH YOUR E-CARD: If you’ve fallen sick while travelling overseas, see a doctor in Singapore easily with our tele-medicine service. Upon returning, you can also flash your eCard at the clinic to enjoy cashless payment (upt o S$500).

• CONTACT US WITH EASE: Have a question regarding your policy or any of our products? Ask our chatbot Faith, or speak to our customer service staff by dropping us a call or scheduling a call back.

• NEWS, ANNOUNCEMENTS, BLOGS: Stay updated on our latest announcements, travel news, or exciting financial and insurance knowledge on our blog.

• PROMOTON: Keep up to date on our latest promotions and launches. Afterall, who doesn’t love a good deal?

• UPDATE PERSONAL PARTICULARS WITH EASE: Change your address, mobile number or any other personal details with ease. All you have to do is submit your documents of proof to the app and select the policies which you would like the changes to be applied to

• SEAMLESS CLAIMS SUBMISSION: Submit your claims hassle-free by taking photos of your documents and uploading them to the app.

• TRACK YOUR REFERRAL REWARDS & RECEIVE YOUR PAYOUT: Refer a friend and the both of you get rewarded when they purchase a new policy! Key in the mobile number associated with your PayNow to receive your payout.

• ALL UNDER ONE ACCOUNT: Say goodbye to multiple logins by using your online service account. If you’re the type to forget your password, you can log in easily by turning on your biometrics or face ID.

Are you an FWD Flyer app user?
If you are currently an FWD Flyer app user, your login credentials will no longer be in used. For policyholders, you can now use the same login as your online services account. If you are an insured, do sign up as an insured to view your policy.

easy to upload claims according to the policy. but upon submission, has errors such as 'check network connection'. Another point to improve is to allow selection of multiple documents to upload rather than 1 by 1. update: tried to purchase another travel insurance policy through the app and gave errors for many days. ended up purchasing via their website. The app also did not keep a record of the claim history. very difficult for customers to track.

haha, I read all the recent reviews about login problems and chose to give it a shot anyway and then I really couldn't log in via SingPass. I can't purchase via Shopback, I can't log in via the app... FWD which is known for convenience and being hassle-free is honestly losing its edge over others due to this. Talk about a bad impression..

bought a travel insurance on 15th feb. made payment through UOB. never received an email or confirmation. fwd app does not show any active plans. checked with UOB, payment already paid to fwd but they have not processed it. worst luck, got injured 2nd day of overseas trip and they were closed for cny. no one able to help confirm if the travel insurance was processed. not the first time payment page for the fwd app has been buggy.
