It is the succeeding app that renewed "Simple Moon Phase Widget".

Improved point:
- Upgraded calendar (Variations of the background, Additional data, MoonSign and Mercury retrograde, etc.)
- Lightweighting of app capacity
- Notification is possible without setting the widget to the home screen
- Change of the moon color of the widget is possible in trial

Function:
- When you tap the date on the calendar to migrate to the detail screen that to display the large moon image.
- Detailed data is age of the moon, the distance to the moon, percent illuminated, time of the moonset/moonrise, Moon sign, Mercury retrograde.
- Notify full moon and new moon, first quarter, last quarter in the status bar.
- Full moon and new moon, first quarter, last quarter will be announced in the widget.
- Widget is resizable.
- There is also a memo function on the calendar.

★ There is a paid function to change the color of the moon.

This moon phase app is reliable, and I've been using it for several years now. It's probably not the most feature rich when compared to some others in the Play store, but it does the job well as advertised, and there's hardly any ads. Just a small banner at the bottom of the screen when you open the app. The widget is good. Only one other thing I wished it had was an option to show a moon phase indicator using colors in the status bar. But haven't found any similar type app having one either.

I absolutely love this app, have been using it now for years on two successive phones. The widget provides a very attractive representation of the moon in its correct phase complete with rise and setting times, very useful if you're out and about at night. It works really well if you're using a starlit sky wallpaper. No ad clutter in the widget, just a clean, nicely thought out app. Many thanks to the developer, your app is awesome. 🕉️

Very cool app. Works perfectly, no issues, widget is great! Recently I became interested in vedic astrology and it would be great to be able to adjust the zodiac sign shown in the app so it is based on the sidereal zodiac, as an option (it would just involve adding a fixed offset in the calculation of where the moon is on the elliptic) 🙏 Then the sign shown would match the moon's actual position in the night sky, as well.

(Previously, even if the note was empty, it was saved with the note mark only. However, from this version onward, notes will not be saved if they are empty. The previous behavior can be enabled from the settings.)
