About this app

Fyxo is the management software for artisans and professionals that works even
without an internet connection: clients, calendar, estimates, and documents are always
available, including data.

EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE
No account to create, no server, no connection required to
work. Your data stays in your phone's private memory and is never
sent to anyone—you can export it whenever you want, with an
encrypted backup.

CUSTOMERS ALWAYS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
Complete customer records, photos and attachments, instant search. Call, write on
WhatsApp, send an email, or open the map with a tap.

CALENDAR WITH REMINDERS
Appointments linked to clients, month/week and list views,
local notifications so you never miss a thing—even without internet.

QUOTES AND DOCUMENTS IN PDF
Quotes with line items, discounts and VAT calculated on the fly, PDF generation
and direct sharing via WhatsApp or email. From an accepted quote,
generate the sales document in one touch—with CSV export for
your accountant.

A MODULE FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Fyxo adapts to your profession: mechanic, plumber, electrician, blacksmith,
carpenter, painter, air conditioning, gardener, pest control,
barber, beautician, or any other profession. Each module adds the
screens you really need—vehicles and inspections, systems and
certifications, scheduled maintenance, customer signature at the end of the job,
before/after photos, and more depending on the profession.

CUSTOMER SIGNATURE AND PHOTOS
Have the customer sign directly on the screen at the end of the job, attach
before and after photos: everything stays connected to the right customer and the
right job.

ENCRYPTED BACKUP
One touch to export all your data into a single encrypted file, which you can
save wherever you like—email to yourself, USB drive, or personal
cloud space. No automatic uploads anywhere.

30-DAY FREE TRIAL
Download the app and try all its features for 30 days. After the trial,
choose your preferred monthly or annual subscription (prices in the app);
you can cancel anytime from the Google Play subscription manager. If
your subscription expires, your data remains visible: you can continue to
view it, open and share previously created PDFs, and export the backup.

Fyxo does not send electronic invoices: the generated documents are not valid
for tax purposes, but you can export them in CSV format for your invoicing
software or your accountant.
