Downgrading to 3 stars. Although I really like the app and have used it for a few years, not having a log of which cards I have sent and to whom has become a problem. I certainly can't remember all of that (have sent many). I don't want to send the same card again to the same person. Making up my own log is just too much work. Other sites I have used have this feature, perhaps I will go back to one of those. Hate to do it but that feature is really important !

I joined the "123 Pro" version of this app offered within the app. I canceled it within a few months because I didn't use the service as expected and didn't feel I needed to waste my money. Now, I see in my bank account that they have taken $49.95 from my account for an unauthorized renewal. I emailed 123 Greetings within the app to request a refund. They tell me all their cards are free, and i must have subscribed to a fraudulent site. I joined within THEIR APP!!!

My Only problem is that when I make inquiries to try to retrieve a card selection that I especially like,--- I GET NO WHERE.!!! Your system doesn't seem to acknowledge or recognize it's own repetoire of card selections. Otherwise, I have been very pleased with the wide variety of choices and that your company covers so many situations. I just want a more efficient way of accessing certain selections that I want to view again and /or send a second or third time in future months.
