Welcome to the Nexus. In this grim cyberpunk future, mega corporations, hackers, and ruthless syndicates rule the digital grid. You are a Net Operator trapped in massive debt. Your only goal: accumulate 10,000 CR (Credits) to terminate your contract and buy back your freedom. Your ultimate weapon? Psychology, bluffing, and the classic "Prisoner's Dilemma".

MECHANICS: TRUST OR BETRAYAL?
In every round, you and your digital opponents secretly allocate your funds and make a critical choice:

🤝 COOPERATE: If both of you trust each other, your investment is doubled (+100% profit).

😈 DEFECT: If you betray while the enemy cooperates, you steal a massive 3x return, leaving them with nothing! But if both of you choose to defect, both investments are lost.

FACTIONS & ALGORITHMS
You will face AI bots from three powerful factions, each running on hidden behavioral algorithms:

🏢 CORPO: Calculating, greedy, and playing by harsh market rules.

💻 HACKER: Unpredictable, chaotic, and ready to deploy zero-day exploits.

🔫 SYNDICATE: Vengeful underworld bosses who never forgive a betrayal.
Study their mood, track your combat logs, and find their weaknesses!

BLACK MARKET GADGETS
Don't want to rely on luck? Purchase illegal cyber-tools to gain the upper hand:

🗄️ Profiler (30 CR): Decrypts the bot's core algorithm (e.g., NAIVE, VENGEFUL, COPYCAT) for the entire match.

👁️ Mind Scanner (50 CR): Hacks the enemy's neural net to intercept their exact next move. Perfect for a Max Exposure play, but beware of corrupted data!

RISK & BANKRUPTCY
Risk it all, but remember: if your balance hits 0 CR, the Syndicate will send you to do menial cleanup duty. You'll be scrubbing neon-lit floors until you earn the minimum buy-in to return to the terminal.
