This was a useful app showing points and usage but as others have said in the past few weeks (December 2024)it's now impossible to log in as you always get an error message. Even if you try with a PC it doesn't work. Frustrating! Thankfully you can still collect points and use them with the card or if you know the number for Smart Shopping using the hand scanners.

Was very happy with this app until around Nov 24. It logged me out after an update, and since then has never let me log back in. Have changed password and even then still just stays on the logging in spinning circle screen for ever. Un installed reinstalled and again no good. Sort it out Nectar. I'm sure I'm missing loads of extra points cause I can't see my account.

Very positive on the whole. I love the personalised offers because they're tailored to my shopping habits and have saved a fortune. Just one negative, hence the 4 stars. I can't link my nectar card and points when I want to pay through Smartshop, wanted to use £47 worth of points last week and I couldn't. It said phone the helpline. Well, I'm Dead so that's not possible. But I enjoy looking at my offers each week and some of them are sweet treats, yummy!
