ONLINE, 1v1 OR 2v2
Ranked matches with Elo rating, seasons and divisions. Friends, and private rooms by code to play among yourselves — a private match never counts towards the ranking. The server rules on every move: nobody can cheat from their phone.

WATCH A MATCH AGAIN
Every finished match replays move by move. The replay records the moves, not the pictures: it can be verified.

LEARN IN TWO MINUTES
A tutorial that has you play real positions — not a cutscene. Plus the full rules, available at any time, even in the middle of a match.

With the layout flipping entirely for Arabic.

WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO
No ads. No in-app purchases. Nothing for sale. And no gambling: no stake, no currency, no exchange of value. Ronda is played here for the pleasure of playing it.

YOUR DATA
Solo mode connects to nothing at all. Online mode asks for a nickname and creates a game account, which keeps your matches, your ranking and your friends. No trackers, no resale, no advertising. The account can be deleted from within the app, and the deletion is real. The details are in the privacy policy.

What’s new

Leaving an online match now tells your opponent right away, instead of leaving them waiting a minute at a frozen table. Signing out truly closes your session on the server. In ranked play, the queue no longer pairs two players too far apart. Opponent levels are easier to tell apart in Dama, Chess and Bezga.
