Mobile application exclusively for GAC Car Fleet software subscribers.

Designed to simplify drivers' daily lives and strengthen the connection with fleet managers, the MyCarFleet mobile application provides access to all essential vehicle data through its direct connection with the GAC Car Fleet software.

It allows managers to optimize their fleet management, stay connected to their entire fleet, and save valuable time in collecting and tracking information. They can access all vehicles directly from MyCarFleet or scan parking tickets to automatically create the corresponding records in the GAC Car Fleet software.

For their part, drivers benefit from greater autonomy thanks to access, from their smartphones, to all information related to their vehicle.

Features:

Vehicle Information: Drivers can access all data related to their vehicle, such as claims, traffic violations, contract type, and all basic information (registration number, fuel card and PIN, etc.).

Vehicle Condition Report: The driver can submit a vehicle condition report directly from MyCarFleet, in PDF format with photos, in two different ways:

- a comprehensive condition report or a report upon vehicle pickup or return
- a condition report or an amicable settlement following an accident to report interior and exterior damage to the vehicle

Mileage Report: At the manager's request, the driver can easily submit their mileage report from the MyCarFleet application. The data will be automatically uploaded and integrated into the GAC Car Fleet management software.

Traffic Violation Notification: The driver receives a notification on the MyCarFleet application when they have been identified as the perpetrator of a traffic violation, before receiving a paper copy at their home address. Thanks to the management module connected to the ANTAI (French National Agency for Automated Offense Processing), the manager can identify the driver in just a few clicks.

Supplier search: Thanks to the geolocation system, drivers can find the nearest suppliers within a radius of 5 to 100 km, according to the parameters set by the fleet manager. Once a supplier is selected, their contact information will be displayed, and directions will be provided.

Tire diagnostics: This service, in partnership with CaRool, allows your drivers to perform a diagnostic check (using AI) based on photos of the vehicle's tires.

Vehicle booking: Drivers can easily and quickly book vehicles directly through MyCarFleet. The fleet manager receives the request directly on GAC Car Fleet.

Internal procedures: This tab allows drivers to access their company's specific procedures and a list of useful contact numbers directly within the MyCarFleet application, without needing to contact the fleet manager.

Messaging: This integrated system allows drivers to communicate quickly and easily with their fleet manager.

Tutorials: Drivers have access to several tutorials directly on MyCarFleet to use the application simply and effectively.
