Legálitas Medical Protection is the new application that Finetwork makes available to its clients in the Family Leisure and Tranquility Pack included in the rate or optionally hired and offers you immediate 24 × 365 video medical care, without appointments, from private hospital emergencies.
The Legálitas Medical Protection service includes:
● Immediate 24 × 365 video medical care, without appointments, from private hospital emergency rooms.
● 24-hour medical button for access to doctors by video medical consultation through mobile application and / or tablet, immediately, from anywhere in the world with availability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
● Direct access in your app to your medical history. Medical care will be tailored to your prior information. This information will be stored and safeguarded in accordance with the law on the protection of your data, but also with the highest anti-intrusion standards.
● Post-consultation report and prescription (when applicable) digitized on your mobile phone.
● Alarms for taking medications prescribed by the medical service.
● Real-time captions for hearing impaired accessibility.
● Help and digital monitoring about the evolution of a disease
punctual or chronic, or the date for requesting a new prescription.
Because quality of care comes first, your primary and emergency care video consultations are attended directly by some of the largest hospitals in Spain, directly contacting their on-call medical teams.
