I have been a VIP member for over a year, The membership fee is reasonable, I think 7.99 for access to everything....I have a lot of subscriptions so might have it confused, but it's either $7.99 or 11.99, either way they have a ton of stuff to watch and most of the new series are on the app, as well as original movies, I like the short movies they have. They. also have stuff for free to watch. One of my favorite apps.

The app takes forever to load between clicks so its a pain to use on my phone, which means I'm stuck always having to watch stuff via my tv. On top of it there's one helluva bug or something that's got a series saved in my list even though I removed it forever ago and I went through every episode to make sure nothing was saved and its STILL there and its annoying. I've avoided adding anything to my list just so I don't have to deal with more of them getting permanently stuck in my list.

the app itself is fine, it runs a bit slower at times but that's not really an issue. my problem is that I've tried to unsubscribe 4 times now and it just isn't letting me. I've never encountered any kind of mechanic like this and it's low-key shady. Not only does it guilt you into staying the whole process, it also tells you right after clicking 'unsubscribe' to please log in and the only button you can press is 'Im aware of it's???
