About this game

Galactic Mining is a match-3 puzzle game set in a realistic space mining theme. Players swap adjacent tiles on an 8×8 grid to form lines of three or more matching space resources, such as iron asteroid, gold ore, platinum crystal, titanium fragment, uranium core, ice asteroid, rare blue mineral, and space drone module. The visuals use a premium sci-fi style with a deep space nebula background and clear, distinct tiles.

Each level has a move limit and an objective: either reach a target score or collect a required amount of a specific resource. Early levels are easy with generous moves and low score targets; later levels demand bigger matches (four or five in a row) and tight move limits. There are 15 handcrafted levels in total, unlocked one after another. After every move the board is guaranteed to offer at least two possible matches, so the game never gets stuck.

When you complete a level, a victory screen appears with your score, moves used, and star rating. It has exactly two actions: Next Level and Level Select. If you run out of moves, a failure screen offers Retry and Level Select. The only animation in gameplay is a short swap between two selected tiles; everything else (clearing matches, dropping tiles, refills) is instant for a snappy feel.

The app includes a welcome screen on first launch, a home screen with Play, Level Select, Achievements, and Settings, and over 20 achievements saved locally. Settings let you toggle sound, choose between three themes (Deep Space, Industrial Orbit, Neon Galaxy), and optionally reset progress. All progress, stars, scores, and achievements are stored on the device and restored when you reopen the game.

Galactic Mining is built as a production-ready mobile game with clean architecture, local storage, and no paywalls. It is suitable for players who enjoy match-3 puzzles and a calm, space-themed atmosphere with clear goals and steady difficulty progression.
