Ratings and reviews

It's passable. The Wi-Fi/app only disconnected during the performance (Operation Mincemeat) once, and the captions accurate! There was a few instances of the captioning skipping ahead by a half minute or so, which was pretty frustrating, but the action on stage generally caught up within a minute. All in all, made my first Broadway experience a lovely one, and definitely encourages me to return. I never anticipated that I would be able to enjoy live performances of plays, but this app made it!

This app gave me full access to a theatrical performance (Come From Away in Toronto) for the first time ever. It worked well and was ~95% accurate and synced well. I highly recommend. I hope one day the threatres are able to provide phone mounts so you don't have to hold the phone for the entire show, but regardless, this app is worth it.

Used this app for Frozen in London last night. It was a little tricky to set up but I think that was because of my large font setting on my phone. The pre and in show excellent and at least 95% in sync with the action on stage. Please offer this for more shows.
