Only works with a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Even if you try to use Bluetooth mode, it still doesn't work without the Wi-Fi connection as well, which makes me wonder what Bluetooth mode actually does, since it definitely doesn't make it discoverable by your phone's Bluetooth scanner, even when it's in pairing mode. Worthless if you only have one 5GHz Wi-Fi and can't change the frequency. Plus, lamp only has 1 physical button, so you have to push it a bunch of times to change the settings, which sucks A LOT.

App is terrible. And after having the device for about a year it is currently making a loud noise and the laser stars have stopped working. For the price that was paid, everything should be working or at the very least it should be able to be exchanged. I bought a cheaper projector that has more settings and more laser star options, and peaceful sound settings that isn't faulty. This whole projector is more of scam then anything.

Trash app, and privacy concern. I wish i had read the app reviews before buying i would have skipped it all together. Check google and read though the issues people have had to get an idea of what your in for. Just downloaded the app and it will not connect, keeps timing out, sooo great for such a pricey lamp. Save your money and get one of the many alternatives :(
