The Galeon system was designed and implemented as an on-line monitoring and evaluation system for full-cycle merchandising. The system consists of a Mobile application (MP) and a Server part (Site). If there is Internet on the smartphone of the merchandiser, the MP and the Site have instant interaction with each other.
The mobile application can work in of-line mode, but an internet connection is required for reporting.
The creators of the system tried to simplify the work of the TOP management of companies to control and the effectiveness of the allocated funds for merchandising services.
The system is fully automated and upon entering the initial data, it monitors all visits of merchandisers and, if there are none, transfers visits as a debt to the next day’s route. The work cycle is a calendar week.
The system itself monitors the coordinates of the geolocation and decides on the rejection of the visit (report) in cases when the data forgery was carried out by the merchandiser.
The entire address program of the system is linked to FIAS, which means that working with data is possible in any other systems.
The system is adapted to work with different time zones of the Russian Federation necessary for the correct operation of the MP.
