About this game

Snake Form is a minimalist arcade puzzle game.
You control a snake on a grid. Eating food lets you choose one of two shapes. The snake transforms into the selected shape and falls down.

If the blocks form a full horizontal line, it clears and scores points.
You lose if the snake crashes into a wall or block — or if blocks overfill the screen.

The game alternates between free movement and falling block phases.
Simple controls, fast restarts, and no timers — easy to learn, hard to master.
