Galiware Scanner is intended for use with AEDProSense so that customers are able to scan QRCodes and Barcodes associated with AEDs managed by AEDProSense so that they can send that information to the AEDProSense team for trouble shooting. At times, customers may encounter problems with AEDProSense's ability to scan AED Serial Numbers or QRCodes in conjunction with monitoring those AEDs.
