Credit History or Bahi Khata:

Manage your credit sales or Udhar bahi-khata for your trusted customers.
It will help you track every transaction made through the CREDIT payment method. The retailer can use this feature to record Credited (Udhaar) transactions of their trusted customers and filters their records through mobile numbers and date wise. They can also generate the invoice when the due balance is updated. They can even download the record of Credited (Udhaar) transactions of each customer in CSV format.

Inventory Management:

Add your items/products and their stock value. Update item stock whenever a new sale happens. Add items just by scanning the barcode & make sales easily.

Reports:

The user can manage his complete sales report using our Galla app.
They can find their sales report filtered by date range (weekly, monthly, etc). They can also see their total sales amount and pending sales.
They can also export their sales report in CSV format.

Suspend Sales:

Manage the sales return by invoice no. Suspending a sale allows you to effectively place a sale on hold. Users can then later add suspended sales to the bill and generate the invoice.

Return Sale:

Sales Return is the sale of items returned by customers.
Users can easily find the previous sale of the customers from their generated Invoice Number and can generate a new Invoice for the customer in a single operation. He can also further share the newly created Invoice with the customers.

Sales register:

The opening balance is the amount of cash in a store/shop counter at the beginning of a new financial day. The closing balance is the amount of cash in a store/shop counter at the end of a current financial day.

The retailer can now manage the inventory of the cash in-store counter at the beginning and end of the day using Open/ Close Register. They can also easily maintain the currency count and total balance in their counter.

Edit Sale:

Sales edit is the sale of items of customers that retailers want to edit.
Users can easily find the edited sale of the customer from their generated invoice number and can generate the invoice for the customer in a single operation against the same invoice number.
