After downloading and paying RM 19and RM49 (17usd) and trying to recover yhe photos found on app, it only recovered 1 photo, u selected over 20 photos but only one recovered. If this is a scam, pls refund the money, if not, pls assist to recover the selected photos

Good but my patience is short and this process it too long. If it can jump to 500 from 0 after a press of a button. Its deliberate..smh annoys me to no end.

All of my photos from my family are gone can't retrieve them and can't afford to pay gor for them . Really upsetting.
