Each level is time-limited. Players must strategically grab valuable items and accumulate enough gold value to meet the level’s target quota before the countdown ends. Failing to reach the target within the time limit means failing the level and requires a retry. As players advance, the swinging speed of the hook changes subtly, and the distribution of underground items becomes more complex, greatly testing players’ timing judgment and on-the-spot reaction ability.
3. In-Game Items & Treasures
The underground mine is filled with diverse items with different values, weights and recycling speeds, which determine the player’s mining strategy:
- Gold Nuggets: The most basic core treasure. Available in multiple sizes—small gold pieces with low value and light weight, and large gold blocks with high profits but heavier weight and slower retraction speed. They are the main source of level score.
- Diamonds: High-value rare treasures. Though small in size and hard to target accurately, diamonds are lightweight, retract extremely fast, and bring considerable profits (over 600 points each), making them the top priority for high-efficiency mining.
- Mystery Bags: Random loot bags hidden in the mine. They contain random rewards, including extra cash, powerful props, or occasional trivial items, bringing unexpected surprises to each mining attempt.
- Rocks: Low-value obstacles. They are extremely heavy, take a long time to retract, and barely contribute to the score. It is recommended to avoid grabbing rocks in conventional situations to save time for valuable treasures.
4. Functional Power-Ups & Props
To help players pass difficult levels, the game provides a variety of practical power-up props that can be obtained through level rewards or in-game collection:
- TNT Dynamite: A classic practical prop. When grabbed together with useless rocks or redundant items, it can instantly blow up unwanted obstacles, save retraction time, and clear mining obstacles.
