Ratings and reviews

The game sometimes doesn't save your progress when you leave the game. This is really annoying especially when some tasks take 4 hours to complete. I'm still having this issue and today ALL my progress got erased. I don't even know what I did to make that happen as I didn't delete my account. Please fix this issue ASAP. Edit: I got it back.

I absolutely love this game!! It's really interesting and really fun to play, yet the ads are annoying but after watching them, you can sometimes get a reward. One of my favorite games on my phone. Love it!!! Edit again: I had talked to Customer Care and was able to get my progress back! It took a couple of days, but I had finally gotten it. 😈

the game is good but I've recently encountered a problem involving the ads. Whenever I watch an ad to get something, say an in game currency, the ad ends and says my reward is granted. When I click the x, however, it will not let me go back into the game. It doesn't freeze, because I can click anything. The only way to get back to playing is to press the back button on my phone. Even with that, I don't get the rewards. The game itself is good, and this is the only issue I have.
