Great game. I've been playing since it started. I also enjoyed the 2013 version. Had a rough patch with the last version update. It was finally fixed. No other issues. Had a new issue where it changed my game to Japanese and it won't let me play no matter which prompt I choose. It will either reset the the intro or do nothing. I really like the game and hope it be fixed soon. November 2022.. I'm waiting for a fix before I change my review.

The overall feel of this game is phenomenal. The graphics, the controls, the atmosphere are all top notch. My biggest problem with the game is the overwhelmingly subpar career mode and the focus on a myTeam-esque main game. I'm all for trying something new, but the overall charm and appeal that the previous games had with the rich storyline and character progression, is lost with this new installment.

Such a fun game in the series and I've played a few through the years. My biggest issues are the frame drops during loading screens and mostly during games. It has an effect on batting when the game freezes up mid-pitch and then when it resumes, the pitch is either in my face or past me, resulting in an inability to swing in time or even know if the pitch is going to be a strike before it's past me. Edit: This is the device I mostly play on and the issues are there. Hopefully this helps.
