Overall I'm pleased with the app, but I do have some issues with it. I use the app about every day, so I feel like I know how to correct the problems through trial and error. Several kinks that could be improved. It never logs in successfully on the first time, the geo location gives me issues from time to time. I do a lot of LIVE betting, so my biggest issue with the app is that it doesn't always update the odds, lines, and scores accurately and up to speed like it should. Very important 4 bets

Once you start winning, they will say temporary unable to access account then tell you your password doesn't work and need to reset it, tell you you need to send documents for authentication and just ghost you after that. Tried every way to contact customer service but still be saying they are working on it. TRASH customer service. If they fixed that, maybe the app has a chance -500

I have to continuously log in from being timed out within 5 minutes. Everyday I need to uninstall and reinstall the app, otherwise I will get location errors and then I am unable to make wagers! I don't like that you are unable to bet on a team and the over/under total in the same game.
