The document management feature allows you to view a list of submitted documents and documents awaiting approval. Completed documents can be searched and viewed, and documents can be sorted and filtered by status to quickly find the document you need. How to Use
First, install the app and log in with the user account and password provided by your company. After logging in, grant notification permissions to receive real-time push notifications whenever an approval request is received. From the main screen, you can view a list of documents awaiting approval. Select a document, review its details, and then click the Approve or Reject button to process the approval. To submit a document, select the desired form from the document creation menu, enter the required information, designate the approval line, and submit. You can check the progress of submitted documents in real-time from the document management menu, and use the search function to quickly find past documents when needed.
