Gang Sheet Builder Messenger is the mobile inbox for print shop owners.

When a customer messages your shop from the chat widget on your website, from your mobile storefront, or from inside the Gang Sheet Builder app, the conversation lands here. One inbox, on your phone, updating in real time.

This app is built for the person running the shop, not for shoppers. Your customers do not need to install anything; they message you from wherever they already are, and you reply from wherever you happen to be.

ANSWER FASTER THAN YOUR COMPETITION

A customer asking about a gang sheet, a file, or an order is usually deciding whether to buy right now. A push notification reaches you the moment they write, and tapping it opens that exact conversation rather than dropping you at the front page of the app. Unread counts sit on every shop and every conversation, so you can see what still needs you without opening anything.

EVERY SHOP IN ONE APP

Link as many shops as you own. Switch between their inboxes from Settings, and unread counts stay live across all of them at once, no signing out, no second account, no second app.

Every conversation is tagged with where it started, so you can tell at a glance whether a customer reached you through your website or from inside the app.

A REAL CONVERSATION

Messages arrive as they are sent, with no refreshing. Typing indicators tell you a reply is coming. Press and hold any message to react to it, or to quote it in your reply, and tap a quote to jump straight back to the message it came from. Send photos from your library or take one on the spot, and open any image full screen with pinch-to-zoom and double-tap zoom for checking artwork detail. A full emoji picker with eight categories is one tap away, and new messages arrive with a sound and a short vibration.

When a conversation is finished, swipe it away, or swipe to mark it unread and come back to it later.

SECURE SIGN-IN

Sign in with Google or with an email address and password. Two-factor authentication is available using either emailed codes or an authenticator app, with recovery codes as a backup. You can change your password or delete your account entirely from Settings, at any time.

GETTING STARTED

Sign in with your Gang Sheet Builder account and enter your shop code to link your shop. Owner access is granted automatically when your email address matches the one on the shop's account. From then on, the app opens straight into your inbox.
