Ratings and reviews

As a paying subscriber, I expect more from a phone app. Disorganized content and I'm forced to sign in multiple times in a day. Rating this app mediocre is being kind. On my Kindle, the "print version" format is available. It's familiar and very easy to use. I like the AP Press for local content. Corporate sourced national and political content is predictably agenda driven to varying degrees. That aspect can't be avoided in today's world. Free press is the law, not necessarily the practice.

The app works great. My complaint is about the customer service. I signed up for a $1 6-month free trial subscription for this app. The problem came when $14.99 was mysteriously whisked out of my account without warning, thus overdrafting my account. My problem is there should have been an email warning me of my 6 month trial subscription ending. That did not happen, I had to call back twice to get my refund and cancel the subscription. Shady business practice

Having zero customer service. They state the only way to cancel your subscription is to call. But they don't have a push button option. They make you say "cancel" and when you do it says" I'm sorry, I don't understand you." You email them and they tell you to call. They don't care about people or their reputation.cant get help you really horrible
