GantComplete is a Gantt chart app designed solely for "practical use on-site."

Landscape-oriented screen design

Project schedules are horizontally long. Instead of forcing them into a vertical screen, it displays the overall project timeline as is in landscape mode. Bars can be moved with your fingers, and schedule changes are completed instantly. Moving a preceding task automatically shifts the subsequent tasks it depends on.

Uninterrupted even without signal

In underground areas, mountainous regions, and construction sites, you can open and edit the project schedule even without a signal. It automatically synchronizes when communication is restored, eliminating the need to re-enter data on-site.

Daily reports are linked to the project schedule

Tasks working on a given day are automatically displayed. Weather is selected with an icon, and progress is tracked by moving a slider. Recorded progress is directly reflected in the project schedule, so daily reports and the schedule are seamlessly integrated.

Instructions are documented:

A clear list highlights who gave instructions to whom and when, and when the recipient received them, ensuring that instructions are not lost.

Print reports on the spot:

Simply specify a period to create a report summarizing the process, daily reports, and instructions. Save as a PDF from the print screen, allowing you to prepare submissions even when a PC is unavailable.

View all sites at once:

For those managing multiple sites, all projects are displayed at a glance. The most behind schedule is listed at the top, so you know where to head first thing in the morning.

Same schedule on PC and smartphone:

By logging in with the same account, the schedule created on the office PC is sent directly to the smartphone at the site.

Progress changes made at the site are reflected on the PC by the time you return. Windows compatible.

Shareable within a team:

Share the schedule by simply inviting via email address. You can separate who can view the schedule, making it safe to share with partner companies. You can also transfer responsibility in preparation for personnel changes or departures.

The free plan includes 3 projects and 1 project. There are no time limits. You can also create annual schedules. Paid plans start from ¥480 per month. Unlimited projects and rows, critical path, PDF output, and a full site view are available.
