Poti face schimburi valutare, sa iti modifici parola de acces pentru Garanti BBVA Online, sa vizualizezi BancoSmart-urile si agentiile Garanti BBVA din apropierea ta, sau sa suni la Serviciul de Relatii Clienti. La prima logare in aplicatia Garanti BBVA Mobile, inregistreaza telefonul ca dispozitiv de autentificare folosind Ciframaticul. Apoi te vei loga in Garanti BBVA Mobile doar in baza parolei unice. Aplicatia este disponibila atat in limba romana, cat si in limba engleza.

I've reset my phone to the factory setting and had to re-install the app. Now I keep getting "x seconds are left. Resend notificatin" and no matter what I do nothing works. I called the service desk, they advised to go to an agency. I hate this app but I got a small loan to them. After I cover it, I will never use Garanti again.

It's been a long time since I've seen such a badly built application... The operations performed at the POS that are pending are not seen in the account details, instant payments... Nope, payment to utility suppliers (eg. Orange)... Nope - operator answer: use the utility company's platform not the bank's application...App notifications... Nope again..

one of the most impossible applications to use! After losing the access, it was impossible to recover it even after calling the help desk. you lose the password, you lose the account. and the services are... at very low standards.
