Unfortunately, like for so many others, the app keeps crashing as I proceeded to sign up; it kept giving me the password qualifications, even though the one I typed should've sufficed and made sure both PWs were the same. Then, when I pressed "guest" (because signing up for an account wasn't working), the app immediately crashed each time. 😔 I really want to watch this show because I'm a huge fan of Hartman's work since childhood, but I'll have to use a streaming service to do so.

It is actually a great little show but the app doesnt work. I have an annual account I paid for and have rarely been able to watch. Now I'm told I do not have a subscription. I reached out for help via email twice with no response. I like what they are doing but unfortunately, the product is inaccessible and the customer service is nonexistent.

I went crazy trying to sign in to this app!!! I am an adult, yes mentally ill but Never in my Life have I experienced something so hard to sign into or create an account for!!! I am very pissed off because I wanted this for Myself. My child is a Grown man and I told him about this because I think it's great for anyone. Now I am like why is it so hard to get into this to watch and as a Guest I couldn't even watch any cartoon episodes. It is Impossible for me to figure out How to make a Account 😡
