Unfortunately, like for so many others, the app keeps crashing as I proceeded to sign up; it kept giving me the password qualifications, even though the one I typed should've sufficed and made sure both PWs were the same. Then, when I pressed "guest" (because signing up for an account wasn't working), the app immediately crashed each time. 😔 I really want to watch this show because I'm a huge fan of Hartman's work since childhood, but I'll have to use a streaming service to do so.

It is actually a great little show but the app doesnt work. I have an annual account I paid for and have rarely been able to watch. Now I'm told I do not have a subscription. I reached out for help via email twice with no response. I like what they are doing but unfortunately, the product is inaccessible and the customer service is nonexistent.

I recently forgot my password so I tried restarting it. But every time I do to resend me a verification code it: A. NEVER sends me a verification code to the email I use. AND B. Closes this app and says there is an ERROR. Is there any way I can COMPLETELY CANCEL AND SHUTDOWN my account? This APP needs to be FIXED.
