Semi useless. Requires a login using a phone number for most functions, but no OTP arrives when I try to begrudgingly register. The plant identification function worked mostly, but often insisted that I wasn't at the site when I was right there in the middle of their exhibits. Restarting the app sometimes worked, but not always. I eventually gave up trying to use it.

Awful app. I was randomly logged out and couldn’t sign back in. First it showed "Access Denied" then "Error, try again". I approached customer service on-site, but they were no help, blaming my telco and phone instead of resolving the issue. Shockingly poor service with incompetent management, truly an embarrassment to Singapore.

Account settings can't be found under the 'Account' tab. Instead, user hv to figure out thru the 'member>membership profile>my particular' unnecessary layers. And then only 1 vehicle can be registered to enjoy the 2hr parking. Making app unnecessarily complicated and confusing deliberately will not gather a good rating. And when 'membership profile' and 'Account' are separated, it shows the app developers are cheap amateurs.
