Garett One is the official app exclusively designed for the Garett kids’ phone from the KIDS category. With it, you gain true control over your child’s safety while also providing them freedom and the ability to stay in touch with you at all times.

Main features of Garett One:
• Real-time location tracking
Check where your child is currently thanks to precise GPS location. The app allows you to view location history and set a safety zone (geo-fence) with alerts in case of breach.
• Quick contact with child
Send and receive text messages, voice messages, photos, and use the video chat feature. The child can also easily connect with you via the SOS button – in case of danger, an emergency call will be placed automatically.
• Time management
Enable school mode and manage phone features remotely via the app.
• Battery-saving modes
Adjust the frequency of location updates and activate power-save mode so the device can run longer on a single charge.
• SIM card verification and support
If the SIM card isn’t working correctly, make sure that it:
– has been activated,
– has sufficient balance,
– is not blocked (e.g. PIN locked),
– supports data transmission and caller ID,
– supports 2G/3G/4G LTE.

Important: For optimal GPS accuracy, it is recommended to use the device outdoors. Inside buildings, the device may rely on the mobile network signal (LBS), which may affect location accuracy.
