La hora estimada está muy lejos de ser real. He tenido que esperar más de 1 hora adicional a lo indicado. La app no permite ver un seguimiento en vivo del pedido. No existe una forma de comunicarse con el vendedor. En resumen, no se gana nada usando esta aplicación.

Interfaz horrible, hasta bancoestado salva en eso. Tantas pantallas de carga emergentes innecesarias. El seguimiento vale callampa literal

El repartidor se niega a entregarme los productos que compre por que no vende balón vacío y ya lo pagué. Me cancelo el servicio y llevo horas esperando
