App won't load. You can type in all your log in information but it just sits on the blinking 3 dots. I thought maybe after a few minutes it would work but a few turned into 30 minutes. I'm a new customer and thought the app would be more convenient to keep track of my bills and usage but literally, nothing. Devs, please fix this for Galaxy S24+.

The app doesn't match what they have on file even if it's updated. Customer Service piss poor. Continuously give their customers the run-around. Have to call 100 times before you're able to speak with a rep. Constantly on bs. Need to do more hiring since they cant find time to get anyone to your home to deal with your issues at a reasonable time doesn't matter if it's an emergency or not.

Was great, now inoperable...app used to be simple and functional. Now I'm stuck in an "app needs to be updated" loop - even though it's already been updated. Cleared cache and data, still no go. Deleted and reinstalled, still a no go.
