It allows them to create a digital directory to deepen their knowledge of dishes, products, and information specific to the establishment, thus enriching their culinary culture through interactive encyclopedic content.
Gastronomy Explorer, the web application, integrates all the necessary information so that servers have a perfect understanding of what they offer customers. It allows them to enter the various menus, dishes, products, and other useful information so that the wait staff has a complete understanding of their work environment. Everything is transcribed onto XplorEat, the mobile application, to ensure smooth and quick access, facilitating the learning or review of the menu and the restaurant's specific features.
With a clear and logical interface, the user accesses a detailed directory of dishes, including product descriptions, a storytelling for the customer, the producers associated with the dish, and the allergens involved. It also includes an ingredient directory, allowing users to gain a deeper understanding of a product, a designation, or a producer. A directory of miscellaneous information is also available, providing essential information such as the history of the chef, the restaurant, the presentation of a porcelain or silverware brand, or any other content useful to the wait staff.
