About this app

Gathivo is for the events people actually run here - a church fundraiser, a
community market, a workshop, a launch - and for everyone trying to get into
one without a printed list at the door.

FIND SOMETHING ON
Browse what is happening near you, filter by date, price or category, and
save the ones you like so they are waiting when you come back.

BOOK IN A FEW TAPS
Answer whatever the organiser needs to know, pick your ticket type, and book
for the whole group in one go. Free events are confirmed on the spot.

PAY THE WAY YOU ALREADY DO
For paid events you get the organiser's banking details and a reference, and
you upload the proof of payment straight from your phone. You can see exactly
where your payment stands — waiting, accepted or declined — without having to
ask anyone.

YOUR TICKET IS ON YOUR PHONE
Every confirmed booking becomes a QR ticket that works at the door. It lives
on your device, so a patchy signal in a queue is not your problem.

KEEP UP WITH THE ORGANISER
Announcements about a change of venue, a delay or a line-up land in the app,
so you hear it from the people running the event rather than a group chat.

RUNNING AN EVENT?
Gathivo is the same app on the other side of the table. Publish an event,
build your own registration form, set up ticket types, review payments and
proof of payment, message everyone who booked, and export your attendee list.

WE DO NOT TAKE A CUT
Attendees pay you directly, into your own bank account. Gathivo never handles
your ticket money and never takes a percentage of it. What you charge is what
you get.

WANT MORE PEOPLE TO SEE IT?
Organisers can buy promoted placement — a paid slot in the app's promoted row
for a set period. It is optional, everything else works without it, and you are
told the price before you buy. Only organisers see it.

AT THE DOOR
Scan tickets with your phone's camera and get an instant verdict you can see,
hear and feel — so you are not squinting at a screen in the dark. The door
list shows you who is in and who is still expected.
