本机更新为Android 9版本，现在所有app显示，因GO天氣为舊版本未能支援，之前下戴的全部都不能使用，因为用了GO天氣數年了，现在没能用很不習慣，请帮忙跟進情况！

換了手機後重新安裝，點選應用却一直顯示 "Purchase Failed - You have already bought this item and do not need to purchase it again." 而無法使用

購買後，換了手機就裝不到。
