Bad app, Can't even sign in or sign up, i prob have signed up twice and this app still thinks that i want to sign up again when i actually clicked on sign in, who ever designed the app like this needs to he punished badly because he is wasting people time, waste and energy and makes their life more difficult, absolutely shame on you, even i can make an app better than you

Most useless governmental app ever. Slow and lagging almost every time i try to sign in, whoever built this app should find another profession, i mean even the intro logo is stretched out like a 6 year old PowerPoint project ... come on you guys can do better than this.

I am not able to signup on this app. During the signup process I am stuck on OTP verification screen. Although I am receiving OTP on mobile number but when I enter and press next button it does not proceed and no alert notification shows that what problem happened. My suggestion to ZATCA is please hire good developers as it's a public enterprise application and these kind of bugs should not be tolerated in any case.
