The rates of all the vehicles on Car Bazaar were found to be higher than the price of the same item available on different websites.

Worst experience with Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company. Sales team promised 8.5% ROI but actual rate came ~17% (APR) after first EMI—completely misleading. Foreclosure not allowed before 6 months. After that, no response from customer care for days. Nodal team not helpful. On top, 5% + GST foreclosure charges. Feels like hidden costs and poor service. Avoid at all costs!

Worst experience with Chola. I had a vehicle loan with them. 1. They double charged the processing and document charges. 2. Their support teams is neither reachable over mail or phone. If you connect over their toll free number, after IVR call gets dropped. The people who were present during the loan disbursement never respond to calls or messages. Good that I closed the loan. Will never take the chance of going through this traumatic experience again.
