Scam subscription It's unclear how much bidding for the last time. And one month live one vehicle don't pay

Worst experience with Chola. I had a vehicle loan with them. 1. They double charged the processing and document charges. 2. Their support teams is neither reachable over mail or phone. If you connect over their toll free number, after IVR call gets dropped. The people who were present during the loan disbursement never respond to calls or messages. Good that I closed the loan. Will never take the chance of going through this traumatic experience again.

Worst app I have ever used. My loan tenure is 24 months and it shows 29. Very bad customer support. Multiple time applied for service request but but didn't get any reply. In last one month applied for service request with different mediums, tried out all like by app, by email, by mobile missed call but still didn't got any response.
