Cholamandalam is an extremely untrustworthy finance company. They repeatedly auto-debit unauthorized charges without customer consent, which is highly unethical and unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid taking finance from Chola and choose a more reliable and transparent company instead.

Worst experience with Chola. I had a vehicle loan with them. 1. They double charged the processing and document charges. 2. Their support teams is neither reachable over mail or phone. If you connect over their toll free number, after IVR call gets dropped. The people who were present during the loan disbursement never respond to calls or messages. Good that I closed the loan. Will never take the chance of going through this traumatic experience again.
