I reserved a test drive through the application and when I went to the selected branch at the stated time said branch had no idea of the reservation and said I had to reserve using a phone call anyway also reserving a maintenance appointment isn't possible on the app

This app is a masterclass in frustration. Every attempt to use its features is met with the dreaded 'Check connection' error, despite a stable internet connection. It promises test drives that are perpetually 'unavailable,' and the inability to add a vehicle or schedule a service appointment renders it completely useless. It's a digital dead end that fails at its primary purpose."

I updated the app a few days ago & it worked well. Now.. I need to reserve an appointment for the maintenance, BUT everytime I open it, it says "Please Update Chery Egypt App".. I re-downloaded the app & the is still there.. PLS.. SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.. Thanks..
