i-SAM is a tool containing the Customs Law, annotated by Dr. Eduardo Reyes Díaz-Leal, and is correlated with its Regulations and the General Rules of Foreign Trade, as well as other applicable tax and administrative provisions. This correlation will facilitate your interpretation and understanding of the customs legal framework.
