KODO Hub is a mystery shopping app designed to capture reviewer's comments at the point of retail experience.The application is designed to allow you to rate service experiences in such a way that can be analysed and acted on by the service provider. Evaluation availability is based on the location of the device relative to the store locations.

Ratings and reviews

1) The "back" function doesn't work. 2) If only they can add more functions and features in the app, for example to add a sort function for assignment list (invites) & to add more search criteria for the same list (client, exact location etc) that will be helpful. Otherwise I enjoy working with GB especially dealing with Nawra who constantly keep me updated on potential assignments and standby to answer my queries.

Makes things easier now I can express assignments on my phone as I don't always have access to a computer. Interface could be better though, I had to just keep pressing buttons until I figured out what they all meant, & it took me ages to figure out how to submit results at the end as there was no clear button

SCAM. After carrying out the assignments they've stopped emailing and keep delaying payment. Haven't seen a penny yet. After posting a review was contacted however I still haven't received payment. Best to avoid. UPDATE : I have dropped a message but there's been no change.
