Exclusively designed for the GCC cement sales representative, this app helps to streamline the entire customer relationship management process at GCC.

It is beneficial for requesting credit applications, new account set-up, existing account updates, price maintenance, project quoting, account planning tools and customer satisfaction report card. This app includes templates which can be easily filled out by the GCC representative and emailed to their internal team to streamline the flow of paperwork and make the sales process more efficient. It will also allow the GCC representative to send external price quotes using the template provided and communicate with their clients with better timing and win more work for GCC. The Account Planning Form will provide the user with a systematic, procedural approach to their sales territory which will ensure that information gathering and retention is uniform and recorded for the proper sharing and viewing by management to guarantee the content, measurement and cadence of the sales process is beneficial to both the GCC team and the GCC client. The customer satisfaction report card will help the GCC sales representative track performance and capture important feedback from the client and help GCC improve the customer experience.
