Good App with plenty of information. It falls down however on Bank Holidays - it's never been able to cope with them and you have to refresh your council in order to fix it. This needs to be done on each Bank Holiday to get the correct (rescheduled) date.

Pretty poor app, seemingly unresponsive most of the time and no feedback when you have clicked on buttons to say that you have clicked or that screens are loading. This would go a long way in terms of user friendliness as you can never be sure if the app is actually doing anything or if your clicks have been registered. Notifications on bin days are never right outside of the usual schedule - on weeks with bank holidays for example.

Needs a lot of work done to the app visually and technically. The app can be really clunky and overwhelming to navigate most of the time. Things need to be organised better and placed in correct specific areas. The app needs a major makeover as well. It can be ugly to look and is bad for navigation. The app needs to be more simplistic as it looks like something from the 90s.
