Useless application riddled with errors. The login screen doesn't automatically fit to the phone screen, so the keyboard covers it. I supposedly did not log in successfully, but wound up on a blank home page with the option to logout. None of the sections showed anything. For how much GCI cons people out of money, surely they could afford to make a functioning app.

this app is absolutely garbage. it never wants to load when my biometric is saved i have to login again. ive done this multiple times. I think its outrageous that I pay $189.99 for the "fastest" internet. & yet I still have laggy internet in my bedroom of the back of the apartment that is like maybe 50 steps from my router. I play multiplayer games & so don't my kids and my latency is extremely HIGH. it should not be for what im having. the updates for my ps5 console is slow. FIX IT PLZ

Horrible Login and Lag!! I've had GCI as my provider for over two years, their app really needs improvement. Trying to talk to an agent sometimes doesn't go through or they don't see my messages (so they end my chat). Then every month trying to log in is horrible. I have right password, but nope. Only works when i use the website. Sometimes the app lags out so bad I can't use it for months.
