Only good to pay your bill...BUT you can't view your bill. And any other "features" the app may have never load for me and then crashes. Apparently there's a bug that needs to be fixed that probably hasn't even been addressed in over a year as I've NEVER been able to view it through the app and I have had the app for over a year now.

The app does the minimum of helping you pay your bill. First of all, online enrollment didn't even work, had to call to set it up. No bio-authentication like other apps, enter your username and password every time. If you want to link your Alaska Airline miles to your account, can you just do it online like most other services? Nope, you have to call. What is the point of the app if you're not gonna make me call for everything anyways?

Bug Report (since u dont have a place to report bugs): When paying a bill from home screen and payment method isn't saved, it will prompt you to enter a new one. The App will not save this new information you enter, and once you hit the "pay" button, it returns to the home screen without saving progress Workaround: Tap "Billing" tab at bottom, then drag the (truly awful UX decision) scrolling bar that says "Billing History" until you find "Payment Methods." Enter card info, pay from home screen
