The app is intended for internal use to streamline communication between Guests and Laundry Officers, eliminating the need for manual paper forms.

👥 Multi-Role Access The system distinguishes functions based on the user type:
- Guest: Can create new laundry requests (New Order), modify item details (Edit Order), and monitor washing status in real-time.
- Officer: Has specialized access to validate incoming orders, perform Pickup Confirmation, and finalize Delivery Confirmation.
📸 Photo Evidence Equipped with a Photo View feature to document the condition of clothing during pickup and delivery. This serves as digital validation to prevent data discrepancies or lost items.
🔄 Synchronization & Offline Mode Designed with Sync Provider capabilities and a local database, allowing officers to continue recording transactions in areas with poor signal. Data will automatically synchronize with the central server once the connection is stable.
