App can not find the watch.
-> Try to turn OFF and ON Discoverable mode inside Zepp->Profile->Watch. Let Zepp complete data syncing process. Then try to search the watch from our App.

Watch connected but can not sync to watch face.
-> First open Zepp app. Let Zepp complete connection and syncing with your watch. Open our App then try to sync/download watch face to watch.


Note: App support watch face download and directly sync via bluetooth. Watch must connected to Zepp app while syncing watch face.

the "downloaded" watch faces don't show up in the file browser (Android 12 and ChromeOS 114). EDIT: I am following the instructions within the app, where you can attempt to re-d/l the watch faces. if you tap the down arrow icon, instructions appear saying transfer downloaded file to watchfaces folder on the watch, via USB connection. as stated, there are no files to transfer to be found in the apps folder. one would expect to see files, regardless of the method used to get them to the watch.

Many of the watch faces look great, but one major complaint I have, there is no way to choose the color you want. Some are "flashing" different colors but there's no options to choose what you want. You can only download and hope you get the color you like. I really want the one called "stealth by kifrawi" in red color but each time I sync to my watch it gives me the yellow one This is for the T Rex pro by the way.

Edit: Developer noted to try what I already tried and doesn't work. Unfortunately it does not work for my Amazfit Trex, maybe works for others. All I know is I can't use this app so 1 star. Original: This app was better before, now you have to do all these runarounds to sync a watch face to your watch. I can't sync anything to the watch and the developers troubleshoot didn't work. This is not user error, this is app error.
